Pre Order & Availability

Certain House of Arti styles are available by pre-order. Pre-order pieces are produced after your order is placed and typically take 4-8 weeks to be prepared and dispatched.

Pre-Order

Your pre-order reserves a piece from the upcoming production run. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.

Dispatch

Once your garment is ready to leave our South African warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. If there is a significant change to the estimated dispatch date, our Client Services team will contact you.

Cancellations

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins shortly after payment is received.

In-stock and pre-order items must be placed as separate orders.
