Certain House of Arti styles are available on a pre-order basis.
When you place a pre-order, your garment is reserved before production is complete. This allows us to produce in carefully considered quantities while maintaining the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that define every House of Arti piece.
Please allow approximately 3-8 weeks for your garment to be prepared and dispatched.
As every production run is carefully planned, delivery estimates may vary slightly. Should there be any significant changes to your expected dispatch date, our Client Services team will keep you informed throughout the process.
Our Shipping and Returns Policies apply to pre-order items in the same way as in-stock purchases.

What happens after I place my pre-order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Your garment is then reserved for the upcoming production run. Once production has been completed and your order is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details.
Should there be any unexpected updates to your estimated dispatch date, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel my pre-order?
As production begins shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to cancel pre-orders.
Your garment enters our production schedule within 24 hours of payment being received, allowing us to carefully plan each limited production run.
Will I be charged immediately?
Yes. Payment is taken in full at the time your order is placed to reserve your garment within the upcoming production run.
