If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please read the information below before requesting a return.
Returns
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of your order being delivered.
To be eligible for a return, garments must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Be returned with all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original condition.
- Be securely packaged to protect the garment during transit.
Returns should be shipped back to our warehouse in South Africa within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless deemed faulty by our team.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, please contact our Client Services team using the contact form below.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Once your request has been reviewed, we'll provide the return shipping address along with further instructions.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome of your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, we ask that you return your original item and place a new order through our online store.
This allows us to process your request as quickly as possible while ensuring availability of your preferred style.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every garment before it leaves our warehouse.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault or you have received an incorrect item, please contact our Client Services team as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include your order number along with photographs of the item so we can assess the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.
E-Gift Cards
House of Arti E-Gift Cards are:
- Non-refundable
- Not redeemable for cash
- Not transferable between currencies
- Valid for three years from the date of purchase
- Redeemable exclusively at house-of-arti.com
