Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, excluding war zone areas, the European Union, and the Northern Ireland. 

The European Union and Northern Ireland can still purchase our gift cards for others outside the European Union, Northern Ireland, and war zone areas.

The table below shows the shipping fee for your entire order. 

LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- In-stock items will be processed within 1-2 business working days. 

- We use DHL Express shipping on all orders.

- Upon shipment, delivery timeframe is 2–7 working days depending on your location in South Africa and international.  

- All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. 

The House of Arti advises that you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes. We use DHL Post - Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery dates supplied by the House of Arti are the best estimate only and the House of Arti will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

SHIPPING PACKAGING 

We comply with DHL's packaging requirements for safe delivery. Your order will arrive in a DHL box with garments packed in clear plastic bags.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE: When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Unfortunately, the House of Arti cannot be held responsible for any possible customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
