House of Arti proudly ships worldwide, with the exception of the European Union, Northern Ireland, and regions affected by active conflict or war.

Customers within the European Union and Northern Ireland may still purchase House of Arti Gift Cards for recipients located in eligible shipping destinations. 

Shipping Rates

Processing & Delivery

Every House of Arti order is carefully prepared before leaving our studio.

• In-stock orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• We ship all orders via FedEx Express or UPS.
• Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
• A signature is required upon delivery for all orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

For the smoothest delivery experience, we recommend providing a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

While we always endeavour to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are provided as estimates only and may occasionally vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Packaging

Every House of Arti order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Your garment will be delivered in a compostable mailer, chosen to reduce environmental impact while protecting your purchase throughout its journey.

International Duties & Taxes

For most international destinations, House of Arti covers applicable duties and taxes, meaning the amount paid at checkout is intended to be your final payment.

In some countries, local customs authorities may apply additional administrative charges, handling fees, or import-related costs that fall outside of our control. Should these arise, they remain the responsibility of the customer in accordance with local customs regulations.
