Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

- All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. This applies to full price items only.

- Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty by our team.

- All garments must be returned in their original condition (unworn/ used), with all tags attached.

- When shipping your return, ensure the parcel is sealed securely to avoid damage.

- We will refund your return within 14 days of receiving it, back to the same card/ account you used when placing your order.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

First, email us at online@house-of-arti.com and provide us with the order number, item(s) you plan to return, and reason(s) why you are returning your product. Once approved, we will share the return shipping address and further instructions. 

Return shipping payment will be at customers expense and the return shipping fee will not be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return it and place a new order. 

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately via email if the items is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. 

 

E-GIFT CARDS

E-Gift Cards are not returnable, redeemable for cash or transferable between currencies. They are valid for 3 years from date of issue and can only be redeemed online at house-of-arti.com.
