We ship worldwide, excluding war zone areas, the European Union, and the Northern Ireland.
The European Union and Northern Ireland can still purchase our gift cards for others outside the European Union, Northern Ireland, and war zone areas.
The table below shows the shipping fee for your entire order.

LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- In-stock items will be processed within 2-3 business working days.
- We use FedEx Express or UPS shipping on all orders.
- Upon shipment, delivery timeframe is 5–10 working days depending on your location in South Africa and international.
- All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival.
The House of Arti advises that you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes. We use either FedEx Express or UPS Post - Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery dates supplied by the House of Arti are the best estimate only and the House of Arti will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
SHIPPING PACKAGING
Your order will arrive in a compostable mailer sachet/envelope, designed to reduce environmental impact while keeping your pieces protected during transit.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For most international orders, House of Arti covers all applicable duties and taxes. The price you see at checkout is intended to be the only amount you pay, with no additional charges upon delivery.
In rare cases, local customs authorities may apply unforeseen handling fees, administrative charges, or other import-related costs that fall outside of our control. Should this occur, these charges remain the responsibility of the customer in accordance with your country's customs regulations.
